Privacy notice
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This notice covers the RealmRoost game catalog, storefront sandbox preview checkout and customer account pages. Live purchases and real server delivery tests are not open. Account sign-in is available for existing accounts; new registration, verification emails and emailed password recovery are unavailable while account email delivery is being prepared.
Browsing and search
Catalog search and filters run in your browser. Search text is not submitted by the site to a search service. This release includes no analytics scripts or advertising trackers. Account forms serve sign-in and account security; they are not an interest list.
Serving this website
Cloudflare and the hosting server may process request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. This is separate from catalog search performed locally in your browser.
Account information and security
The account service stores your email address, a protected password hash, verification and account-access status, and account security records. It uses expiring sign-in sessions, verification and recovery records, and limited abuse-prevention records. Passwords are not stored as readable text. When email delivery becomes available, the configured email provider will receive the address and message needed to send account emails.
Cookies and browser storage
Account pages use essential cookies for sign-in and request security. These cookies are restricted to secure connections and cannot be read by page scripts. They are separate from advertising or analytics cookies. My Servers may keep a pending checkout selection and request identifier in temporary browser session storage so an interrupted request can be retried without starting a second purchase; this does not store a password or payment-card details.
Preview checkout
Storefront sandbox checkout uses Stripe-hosted pages and test payment details. Do not enter real payment information. The checkout service stores a preview order with the selected game, package, Stripe references and payment verification state. Stripe processes information entered on its checkout page. These existing storefront preview orders remain permanently ineligible for server delivery and do not reserve capacity.
Future delivery tests
If real-capacity delivery tests are explicitly opened, their checkout will identify them as test payments that reserve real resources. Account-linked orders, service status and billing references would then be stored to operate those tests. That checkout is currently disabled. We will update this notice as the service and its data handling change.
Contact and retention
A verified privacy contact channel is being prepared and will be published on the contact page before live purchasing opens. A complete retention and customer export policy for the hosting service has not yet been selected.
